Company name, telephone number, contact person and e-mail address in the contact form: to make any direct contact with Adyco Aduanas, whether to raise doubts, comments, suggestions, request a service, request a quote or any other information. Failure to provide the minimum necessary personal data will make it impossible for Adyco Aduanas to respond to the request.
- Name, Surname, telephone and e-mail in the “Work with us” Form: in order to directly send the Curriculum Vitae to Adyco Aduanas, either to fill a vacancy at the time of remittance or to store the information sent by the user for the Curriculum Vitae file for future employment opportunities. Failure to provide the minimum necessary personal data will make it impossible for Adyco Aduanas to respond to the request.
- Company name, tax code, name, surname, address, telephone, email, tax identification number: this information will be requested at the time of payment of the service for the purpose of processing all matters related to the customer.
- E-mail: the e-mail address will be requested to access the customer area according to the data provided at the time of creating the account.
- Name, telephone number and email address for newsletters: with the express and voluntary consent of the owner of the data, the website will request the minimum information necessary to send an automated commercial newsletter, which will provide information on advertising, promotions and other information on the services offered by Adyco Aduanas.
If the user is under 16 years of age, he/she must have the authorisation of his/her parents or legal guardians to provide his/her personal data. Adyco Aduanas has no way to effectively check the age of users, so it is exempt from any liability if the user does not comply with the above.
At no time will Adyco Aduanas share the data it holds with third parties. In the event of doing so to comply with the services contracted by a participant, send the newsletter, comply with legal requirements or for the administration of the website, the appropriate confidentiality agreements will be provided between the parties.

Form for sending CVs: users or participants will be asked for their express and voluntary consent to provide Adyco Aduanas with the minimum data necessary to process the CV sent in order to be considered as a candidate for a vacancy or for Adyco Aduanas to store the information provided by the user in order to fill a future job vacancy. The processing of the personal data contained in this section has been done with the express consent of the owner of the data.
- Advertising form: users or participants will be asked for their express and voluntary consent to provide Adyco Aduanas with the minimum data necessary to send advertising and commercial information related to the services and/or products offered by Adyco Aduanas, to be added to an automated email marketing file managed by the data processor indicated below. The processing of personal data contained in this section has been done with the consent of the owner of the data.
- Form for processing service requests: users, customers or participants will be asked for their data so that Adyco Aduanas can process the services requested by the customer. Legitimate processing of personal data due to the contractual relationship that exists with the customer or participant. The data will be stored on the website server.

In specific cases Adyco Aduanas may use applications or tools that have not been included or named in this list by virtue of their being better options to assist in the performance of a particular task; should this happen, Adyco Aduanas will notify this situation to its users, customers or participants as appropriate.
POLICIES RELATING TO THE NEWSLETTER
These policies shall always be understood to be complementary to the terms and conditions set out on the website, both being equally applicable at the time of a dispute. The privacy and intellectual property policy applied shall be the same as that set out in the terms and conditions of the website.
The ”newsletter” shall be understood as the digital bulletin that Adyco Aduanas periodically sends to its subscribers through an external email service provider, to which the user has subscribed voluntarily.
Adyco Aduanas is under no obligation to send the newsletter at specific time intervals, so it is completely free to do so when it sees fit. The user may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by following the instructions in the footer of the newsletter.
The user must not share its content with third parties, as this would violate the copyright of Adyco Aduanas. The only possible distribution channel is that managed and/or authorised by Adyco Aduanas.
Adyco Aduanas will not be responsible for the content of third parties exposed in the newsletter, and any dispute arising must be dealt directly with the person or company of which mention is made.
All material displayed in the newsletter is protected by copyright in favour of Adyco Aduanas, and in the case of belonging to third parties, it is understood that Adyco Aduanas has due authorisation to use it as agreed with the author.
DURATION OF PROCESSING
In the case of personal data provided for billing services, will be stored for the legally applicable time.
In the case of personal data supplied for electronic commercial newsletters and comments on the blog, this will be for as long as the owner of the data wishes to remain on the subscription list, so you can unsubscribe at any time you wish, automatically as indicated in each newsletter, or by writing to administracion@adycoaduanas.com.
